Does anyone know if the A3 and S3 doors are exactly the same or not. I need a new metal cable for my window regualtor but don't want to fork out £70+ for a new regulator. I bought one on ebay which stated it was for a3 as well as an a4 n a6, went to fit it n its too short. Then found someone else selling them that seems a bit more legit http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/AUDI-A3-Windo...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item1e5a6e9e4c asked the seller if it would fit and he seems to think it won't, but I can't see why they would changed the internals of the door for the S3.
