How much work would be involved in fitting one of these? And what would the power gains be?

Mine was cheaper than that, as they say its not what you know, but who :icon_thumright:

Power gains are small, if you've done all you already can, i.e. exhaust, filter, recirc, front mount, chip ect then the next step is turbo upgrade, but you need to decide if the 40 or so bhp that a K04 hybrid will give u is worth it - furthermore, by all accounts the rods are pretty much at their limit at 320brake and so are the injectors.

I only got mine because it was the same price as having it reconnd
