removing heater vents

Hi I'm just trying to remove the drivers side heater vent (the one above the light switch) and was just wondering how you do it??
Any help is much appriciated

Cut a wire coat hanger up and bend a hook on the end - thats what I did when I had the vents out.

so just give them a tug??

I got a small screwdriver behind, the dash is made of a foam like material which u cant bend and damage easily, so it will mould back to its orignal shape.

So get some leverance and tug it out, thats what i did, its held in with sticky foam which can be a real b**** if you cant get the right angle to pull it out on.
