I have have a copy, just finished reading it, so if anyone else wants it to have a look at i'll pop it in the post if you cover costs, about £3 probably!

It's march 04 I think.

I have scanned it at the best poss dpi (600) and it's saved as pdf but it's 6.1meg per page and image shack won't host it at that size, I reduced the size and made another post last night but the pages were to small to read the writing.

Any ideas?
