boot lock sensor.....

changed the boot catch on the car today because my boot keeped opening every trip. on changing it i noticed a sensor i had to reconnect. obviously it dont work because i have never had a light pop up on dash. also my door locked light never works when i lock the door from inside (which i found help keep the boot closed)

Now i fixed me boot prob i want me light to work! Where can i get a sensor from as ebay dont show nothing up. Anyone know the price? is the "doors locked" light activated via this sensor?
