spoiler question

Ah Ingrams have ordered the wrong tailgate for my car. The have an S3 one instead. My options was to wait for the back order of an A3 one to arrive or keep the S3 one and they said that they would fit/paint the extra spoiler for £150+vat of my own money. I said yes, dunno how much is is really for one?? Still will look nicer anyhow.

Doesn't surprise me. I bought mine from Ingrams last year and their service has been on/off, think it depends what mood they're in.

Last time I asked their advice re: a problem their service manager spoke to me giving me basically a lot of bull. They did offer me a 10% discount though after complaining so can't fault them too much.

Don't know how mych it would've cost but if you've not agreed I'd price it elsewhere and go back to them. They tend to bargain with you if you're unhappy.
