protecting leather seats

I'm about to get a leather clad A4 V6 TDI Avant Q. Has anyone used a baby seat with similar seats and if so, what have they used to protect the leather from being indented by the seat frame?? help please before its too late.......

I am sure audi sell baby seats that are designed and complement the car so damage like that can be avoided.......worth asking the dealer.

Just thought I would put an idea in the pot.

You may just need to get a black or what ever colour leather you have towel to place under the base of the chair you get, to act as a padding between the chair and main leather seat.

You could go one further than this and pop to your nearest car upholsteres (Spelling???) and ask them for a section of leather or vinyl to put on the seats before you put the car seat in?
