Radio facia question?

Ive just bought an Alpine headunit and i ordered the facia from Halfords.... Has anyone on here fitted this facia and it kinda sticks out at the top like it doesnt fit properly?? it doesnt seem to sit flush with the dash and looks odd????

I hate to say this, but the Audi ones stick out about 3mm at the top too...I even had to chop a bit of excess plastic on one of them just to get it on that well!
(I suspect the plastic match would be better though, so crack on)

hi im lucys boyfriend who fitted the radio, by the sounds of it none of them are that great , and her being a woman wasnt happy with the fit , i thought that i put it on upside down but if i turned the filling pieces up the other way then the screws wouldnt go in right so it must be right,

on a side note she needs a new key as the one she got when she bought the car doesnt have the folding key or the central locking buttons its just a master key, how much does a new key usually cost from audi ?
