Forge Short Shifters

Just been reading about them in this months redline.
Has any1 fitted them to there car and if so how do you find using it day to day and also track usage??

Had a look in search and didnt find much info

Cheapest way to do this (apparently) is to use the one from a TT... they have a shorter shift by all accounts... should be some threads on here on about it IIRC...

Did anyone ever find out for definate if the same can be done for the 6 speed S3?

Edit: That's the OEM TT shifter i'm talking about, not Forge or another aftermarket brand.
