Headlights Broken - Light output aim too Low.. - Parts?

The internals to BOTH of my facelift headlights have broken somehow..

I had my car in the garage doing the wings (s3) and changing the spark plugs, and at the same time my new bulbs arrived, a mate fitted them while I fitted the rest, and 'somehow' they were both broken before he touched them.. yeah right..

Anyway..

The dipped beam slot is broken and I think is supposed to have a H4 in, please correct me if wrong, however i know ahve a modified H7 or H1 i think, im unsure as I didnt look too ling, the internals ahve been bent to buggery,

Where can I get these internal parts without buying the whole light? or does anyone have a broken facelift front light?

Do you mean where can your mate get you a new set?.

I would imagine its a new set of lights to sort this one out...so your mate needs to put his hand in his pocket.
