    Revo Stage 3 Now Fitted

    My car was an MTM conversion BUT because over next year i`ll be going big power i decided to change afew things..

    So off went the car to andy at Lincoln Volkswagen specialist based in Lincoln.. he has had the car since early dec.. He first fitted the Intercooler from AH Fabs. Once that was done the 550cc injectors from backdraft were fitted along with all new breather hoses..

    The external wastegate turned out to not hold boost properly, (no wonder it didnt seem that impressive) so we replaced it with another one and power seemed to be back again..

    Andy then put revo stage 3 on it.. Picked up the car last night and boy what a difference.. the power delivery is very smooth but at sametime soon sits you back in seat..

    Overall I`m very impressed with the car and would highly recommend Andy to anyone!!!

    what sort of power figures are you expecting from the car now with the stage 3 then mate? is this faz's old car?

    It is Fazs old car, I really done know.. I would say about 320-330 maybe..
    The figures will come once i have the internals fitted and larger turbo later this year

    i see. i thought his car was meant to be running 350bhp anyway?

    I think MTM claim about 340 but it was done like 70k ago... what we done so far is brought it back to life.. it will stay like this for most of this year while i`ll save up for the other parts

    What happened with the 8P S3 last night though mate? LOL
    Only kidding, early days yet I suppose and good to hear you have finally got it back at long last. Not that you've missed much with the weather being how it is.
    Wouldn't mind a run out in it at some point. Let us know if you're about next week.

    Nice 1, you should change your sig though..
    S3-8L REVO stage 2, Milltek, 3" DP & custom 3" decat, RS2 spark plugs, 4 bar FPR, Green-Cotton uprated upper/lower boost hose & TIP, Front Zimmerman & Ferrodo. LCR spliter. boost gauge, smoothed AB. Aero blades, H&R 5mm spacers. Best time 14.03sec, 0-62 in 5.7sec. 207gs @ 25psi , polished inlet mani. VAGCOM 805.1
