    Cool 3" downpipe and decat. what do you guys think??

    found this on ebay at very cheap 105 pound.

    he said it is a straight swap on all k04 standard turbos. sounds too good to be true.
    i know i will have to faff on with putting the cats back on mot time. any thoughts?

    i know thats what i was thinking. is ita ***** to fit? i know its only like 6 bolts but i cnt imagine it beeing simple.

    Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if your wanting that for an S3 K04 I dont think it will fit. Downpipe looks like its the wrong angle totally. It needs to be a 90 degree bend off the turbo then down. And in answer to your other question, Yes they are a ***** to fit. Really awkward to get at the bolts on the turbo, And I dropped the sub frame and steering rack to get my old one off. Hope this helps.

    Nope this one is ****e and will not fit. Showed my exhaust people the same one this week and he said it won't go on. Doesn't even look like it's meant for the S3. It's a shame because the only ones left are the Pipewerx ones for 300!!

    wel there is a pipewerx on ebay for 300 without cat and 475 with one. will it be any cheaper than that also where would i get it made up at? rob
