Best spark plugs and leads

heya guys

so audi will be going in for a service soon and just wondering what spark plugs stand out from the rest ?

ngk ? bosch?

is it worth going for the "proformance plugs and leads" ?

any way any info would help

Hi,
What engine do you have?
Im unsure there is a 1.8t engine that uses plug leads... they all have a coil per plug .
The spark plug may differ slightly dependant on the engine in question

Im not sure which to say to be honest,
JBS where my servicing is done fit the same plugs audi would fit...
Ive not heard of any being better than the ones they use. Maybe in a highly tuned car a diffrent heat rating... but im along way off that yet

I have seen some posts about so called plasma type coil packs, but these are both a lot of £ and I am skeptical about them
I've not seen or used anything other than OE ones, but on my own car I have ditched them for a conventional wasted spark coil pack and leads for reliability. (I am on DTA standalone management on that so its just as easy to do that as it was to wire it to drive the OE coils..

In my opinion there is no benefits in changing to a differnet brand of spark plug over to standard platinum items on a standard or mildly tuned 1.8T.
