My headlight washers on my s3 have recently been stuck slightly up and have stopped working. Is this due to them freezing?? Have had some warm days since and they havent gone back down! Have also lost a cover from one of them probably due to the wind getting under it when im driving, any ideas where to get one from? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys.

water pressure pushes them up so they should go back down,I had the same thing happen at christmas so had to take the bumper off and put shim under to make them sit flush and they work alright now.

Its just the cold it happened to mine the other day just spray a load of deicer at it and leave it to go down
