Heating problem? HELP

right my problem is when the car is just sitting there the engine will get hot and it blows warm heat, but it takes quite a while to get hot. as soon as i drive somewhere temperature drops straight down to 60 and heaters go cold can any body help thanks

I've got the same problem at the moment.

I think my termostat is stuck open, but i can't find it at the monent.
I've only had a quick look but it can't be to far... i'll let you know how i get on.
