Leather Gaitor + gear knob

well with modifying my A3 i am gonna start off light and then hopefully proceed to bigger things...so here goes....

...how difficult to change the gear knob gaitor ? (sorry about this post /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif)

am thinking of getting the A3 Alu gear knob that comes with new leather gaitor
is this easy to change before i order it

Its easy enough to remove, but there are differences between the pre and post facelift models so you'll have to make sure what you get is right for yours.
