Labour time to fit H&R ARBs and KW shocks & springs

HI

Can anyone tell me roughly how many hours labour it would take to fit H&R Anti-Roll Bars (Front and Rear) and also a set of KW shocks and springs?

I have had a few quotes and they vary wildly (into thousands!!!!!) so I thought i'd ask you guys.

I wouldn't have thought it would cost much over £500 to fit, 5 hours maybe?

I would guess a good half days labour at least possibly more, don't forget to factor in the cost of decent four wheel alignment as well.
