Rear Wash having trouble!

I know it's been ****** cold and could've frozen up... but my rear wash jet is somewhere between a trickle and non-existent, despite refilling the water tank.

Anyone have an idea of a (hopefully) quick and easy fix?

Do a search mate this has been covered loads. The usual problem is the pipe comes loose under the scuttle tray.
