Cruise Control

Evening all,
Had my car just over a month now, went to use the cruise control the other day for the first time only to find it wouldn't work. Any common faults it could be?

Clutch or brake switch possibaly, get VAGCOM hooked up and check for fault codes... first port of call with any of this..

...or, make sure cruise control is switched on... slider switch on the stalk depending on the year of the car

Thanks, will do that. A mate of mine has some universal analyser that works on VAGS.
