Anyone fitted 54.1 Bore Alloys?

Hi All,

I think I know the answer to this already but I already have some 18's I wanted to put on but they are 5x100, et 35, 54.1.

Now I know fitment for the A3 is 5x100, et 30 - 45, bore 57.1 but was wondering if it'd make THAT much difference from just the bore??

Anybody had any experience or am I gonna have to get a whole new set? :Flush:

surely if the bore of the wheels is smaller than the required bore of the car, they wont fit anyway. unless you have spiggot rings in that you could change??
not sure.

Hmm, good point, I've gotten my numbers confused....there won't be enough clearance through the centre of the rim for the hub...... this makes me sad!

I got so caught up in the prospect of keeping my current rims I've lost the skill to do basic calculations.....P155
