My S3 has recently started playing up. It only seems to be when i pop into a shop or something and want to restart it again after only a couple of minutes. Also the fuel economy has dropped slightly.
I am assuming this is due to some temperature unit telling the car its cold all the time and therefore flooding the engine on restart. Can anyone give me more of a specific idea of what is going on????

Yes temp goes to 90 degrees and stays there just fine.

I had the same issue, i'd say its the pre cat lambda sensor, does it smell a little rich and perform a bit poor when its cold?

It definately floods when starting from warm, runs lumpy until fuel clears.
