Has anyone fitted an oil catch tank?

hi everyone,
ive been toying with the idea of fitting an oil catch tank, could do with so help on where to fit it? as there is little room under bonnet.

hi dani, ive got a 2001 s3.just put a front mount on and wanted to stop oil getting in the cooler if i can.wot do you think bout the idea

I've fitted one to my A3, it sits just behind the fans next to the battery.

You can also do away with the PCV check valve if you want to, a known boost leak, so long as the catch tank is sealed.

Do a search on UK mkivs for PCV simplification and there's a how too for fitting a catch tank and deleting the PCV valve

cheers prawn, will do.how good are you with the turbo side of the car?i recently had a custom map from p-torque but had no increase of power, he said it could be the n75 but changed it for a working 1 when i got home.he also said he'd put the map on and i should notice the difference when i change this, but nothing.my cars standard at 218bhp and should be around 280bhp now with all the mods and map.wot do you think?
