How much are a 2nd set of S3 Pistons and rods worth?

I may be selling mine as i might be go 2.2

The pistons are good and so are the rods

Might be good for a A3 owner wanting to upgrade?

I concur... fairly sure they are forged pistons across the 1.8t range.... rods are worthless tbh... may as well swap um for decent ones if going to the trouble of stripping the engine.

Pistons would be ok for someone who has had a cambelt go or dropped a valve though.

Back in the days when i mess with the Ford Zetec i'm sure someone used these pistons in the 1800 so it could be turbocharged?
