Golf R32 side skirts on an A3?

Does any one know if golf side skirts fit onto an a3, i want subtle skirts like the zender or caractere ones but they are really expensive! iv recently fitted a s3 rear bumper and rs4 style front but need to do something with the skirts. i think it looks as if something is missing,
