DV set up?? Cold side set up

Hi,ive been loooking at other 1.8T engine bays with the Dv fitted and it seems different to mine.Is mine set up right?..it drives ok etc just wanna be sure.Its the AGU engine.I have the cold side set tho to!..ive just seen the hose from the metal turbo pipe leads to the Dv rather then me i have blocked it off??.
