How do I dismantle Audi A3 1996 dashboard?

As the subject says, I wish to get behind the center face plate where the
Hazards and other switches are, the face plate is giving me problems...!!!
Is clipped on..???

Any help would be gratefully received.

remove the sterio and it will all become alot clearer
