DV Noise

Ive noticed my DV makes a slightly strange noise... has done for a while but... thought i would ask if others have done the same.

The best way i can describe it...

the noise is more noticable when i back off from 10psi plus and at other times it sounds normal.
Is this the dreaded turbo stall or just how it it?
Ive had the spring in the 007p DV uprated but its still the same.

Sounds normal. The 007's are alot noisier than std

Are you trying to say it sounds like it dumps twice. Mine been doing this lately also ( 007p ).

Yes.
Almost like it flutters.
A bloke i know with a mad evo joked and said its like a baby external waste gate.
Every now and then i get the "preasure drop between turbo and throtle, check DV" code on vagcom but have had no drop off in power or delivery.
Its not that the DV isnt either holding shut or is shutting too slowly is it??
It maybe completely normal. Its just since fitting the new engine you do kind of listen for problems that are not there.
