Is this the correct oil for my S3?

Synta Platinum 5w/40 Fully Synthetic

Last oil change I used Synta Gold but it looks like its been discontinued.

Just got told by my local TPS that Synta Platinum 5w/40 is the direct replacement for the old Synta Gold which as you stated is now discontinued.

I actually use Castrol Magnatec 10w/40, if you do a search there is loads of info on different types of oils that people use on their S3's
