Splutter/judder occasionally

At the moment i am noticing that upon acceleration from low down in the gear (mainly third gear) my car judders and strugles to accelerate, but then it will be fine and drive perfectly, I have also noticed, when driving quite quick up through the gears the car over revs alot on gear change, I know for definate it is not me, because even if i make sure i'm not even touching the throttle on gear change it will still do it.

Any suggestions as to what these problems could be caused by?

hi mate mine used to do that found the clutch switch to be at fault

do you replace the switch then or clean it?
