New guy with a few probs

hi new guy here, not had the car long its a 1997 audi a3 1.8 20v. just had a fabulous fews hours atempting to sevice my car. i'll make a list and let you address if possible lol. 1: changed the spark plugs except one as it appears to be smaller than the other 10mm plugs. 2: sump plug was stupidly hard to undo then got to a point where it turns relatively easy but doesnt come out any further.

any help would be appreciated

All the sparkplugs should be the same size.. 5/8" not 10mm.
You have stripped the threads on your sump or the plug. If your lucky you can just replace the plug...but i doubt it.
Will need to stick a lever under the plugs lip, and try undoing it, once out fit a helecoil/timesert and refit the plug
