My car will only unlock!!!! Help needed

Wont lock with the fob or actual key in the lock? Does the switch on the door lock it?

Both! When u press unlock the indicators flash but nothing moves! As for locking it doesn't even flash! My sub fan also became more muffeled if this is relates

Cant really help with any diagnosis mate but could be the central locking pump maybe, if it is vagcom should point it out i'd have thought.

ok for anyone who also has this problem.....
i removed the central locking pump ( located by the sub in the boot, it was wrapped in foam) i then peeled off the top white case and undid the 3 screws underneath and the granite ( or whatever it is) has shattered! so new pump needed
