If you lower an S3 by no more than 20mm, do you need adjustable thingymajigs on the rear - cant quite remember their name (tie bars?)?

Have been searching for the answer for a while but cant quite see a definitive answer.

Obviously i would'nt HAVE to, but if i dont what is the tyre wear like? Extreme - ok - not much difference ?

What are your thoughts?

Cheers

Chris.

mine was lowered by 25 and the tuner said he'd never heard of fitting rear tie bars....a year later I had new alloys so swapped the old tyres onto the new alloys...tyre bloke said 'you have wear on the inside of the rears'
rear tie bars are needed without a doubt.

I agree with Jason mate, ive just had mine lowered by 25mm and that gave me -2.5 degrees negative camber on the rears! The insides would be eaten in no time! Especially on my relatively soft Toyo Proxes.
