Milltek Cat Back Install

Hi Guys
Just installed a Cat Back Milltek system for a APR chipped S3. The it was very tight and will still need further adjustment. I seem to have picked up a lot of top end power but lost a bit of low end torque. Should I turn up the boost?

When u say "turn up the boost" how do you intend to do that, do you have an MBC fitted?

via the APR V-Tuned program on a dyno. Anyway I've taken it of till then as I had lost a bit of torque low down and picked up a bit of power at higher revs.
