S3 rear bumper questions to A3

ok, ive posted in alot of people threads but now ive made my own, ive done alittle seach and am i right you only ned the 2 rails, ive got the chance of the bellow bumper for £30 in my opinion is cheap, whats yours? would you just replace the plastic pannel damage too! bearing in mind it needs to be painted silver also.

Get hole fixed in bumper and get new plastic panel, NO point trying to repair it as plastic welding wont get it much better...
