Replacing a 1.8t quattro's turbo

Hello all I have a W reg year 2000 with a ******** turbo

Question is will any vag group 1.8t K03 fit as a replacement ?

Also given up looking for a downpipe decat as transfer box looks like it would fowl the ones for sale.

I'm no where near any tuners I say maybe 5/6 hrs driving lol. Thus the replace with standard. Cheers tho
