Hi guys and girls!

My friend who works for Audi had to change the bottom door trim on my S3 today as the one on my car had a screw hole in it. The other trim has come from another old S3 in there compound. He fitted it and i have cleaned up the trim but i have noticed it is a different colour compared to the rest of the trim. Any ideas on where i can buy a new piece of that trim or will i have the same problem buying a new one? Cheers! :icon_thumright:

Weird, see my post above!!

If your new one is lighter, it is because it is in grey primer, not grey plastic like the original!

Ok I found out that brand new door rubbing strips, (lower ones) for 8L are only available in grey primer, not in grey plastic finish from audi.
Aparently you need to paint them in paint code 1RR, Platimum Grey.

I'm having all mine painted in body colour.
