A3 pic + door switch question

My driver side door switch (controls indoor lights) is not switching off sometimes. Looks like when it is hot outside, it doesn't work that well. I got the car last october, no problem when it was cold. Is there a fix for it? I could not locate it, or is it inside the locking mechanism?

I attached a picture, just got Eibach pro-kit installed, it's almost the same height now as before. Original springs have three or four (don't remember) pink dots, can they be identified by that marking? I couldn't see any part numbers on them. Maybe they were lower than normal already, I think OEM sport springs are -20mm?

Springs need a couple of weeks to settle properly..........expect about a further 10mm of lowering to occur

Do a search on this forum about door switch problems. A few people have had this issue.

Unfortunately is requires the removal of the door lock to fix.
