Newbie needs help!!

Im looking to buy an audi a3. The model ive looked into buying is the 2.0tdi s-line.
The only probablem is i dont know about the change in body styling/extras.
I like the look of this model the most........

but which model do you get these lights and bumper with that style at the bottom centre? Is it only and s3 and black edition? thank you
