Can anyone tell me about this set-up?

I bought my S3 about a year ago and the guy I got it from didn't have a clue about the mods that had been made.

I got it re-revo'd.
I know it has a K&N.
I know it has a full Miltec.
I can see it has Samco hoses.

My problem is that it has a diverter valve I can't identify. Can anyone help? Or tell me anything useful from these photos?

Nope, it's definitely aftermarket. Don't know what make it is though....
