revo stage 2 remap mods 2 do before

righty oh lads im about to book a revo stage 2 remap i have a ko4 turbo from back draft that fits on 2 k03 manifold ,way 2 fit forge fmic soon buyin forge splitter dv and dv relocation kit, milltek exhaust system

any other mods you can think of that i sould do before remap
injectors or what not

Might wanna look at a 4bar FPR, panel filter, if your running the k04 you might need a 3" maf too... Downpipe is defo worth doing too.

i was led to beleive the KO3 setup was very restrictive... ie the manifold and downpipe... would you not have been better going for a true KO4 setup first ???

For a Revo stage 2 you need to have....

An uprated DV.
An uprated intake (Panel or induction).
A turboback exhaust - This is the main change in stage 1 to stage 2.
And a 4 bar fuel regulator.

An FMIC will make a big differance in the hot weather coming up if running a map and bigger turbo....

Also save your self some money and buy the Forge 007P DV as the Split-R is as much use as a chocolate teapot

Yup, the manifold and turbo are hugely restrictive...

Assuming you have an A3 and you still have the A3/K03 injectors then I would have thought you would need at least the S3 ones and an S3 fuel pump.

Not sure of the pump fitment as I believe they differ on quattros unless yours is in which case you may be ok.
