Removing Calipers

Ive got my calipers painted red already but I did it when they were on the brakes still. I now want to get them off and get a perfect finish on the whole caliper. Any one know how to do this etc... pics would be superb. Ive tried a search but to no avail.

try this, I know it fits the R32 brakes, but the removal is there.
