Been getting a drumming noise that has been getting progressively worse, sotra like a wheel bearing noise. But took my car to have tires fitted today and turns out one of the wheels has TWO cracks bout 9" apart and from the inside rim to about an inch in towards the tire.
The space saver wheel was put on until repair and now like magic the drumming noise is away. So to digress to my original question . . . is there any good places you could recommend to get a wheel welded in the glasgow and surrounding areas?
AND do you think this will cure the noise, or do you think the wheel is buckled?
