Dogbone Torque settings

Does anyone know the torque settings for the dogbone mount on a prefacelift 1.8T sport

Ive done a search and cant find the torque settings anywhere although loads of people seem to have changed theirs,there is no mention of torque settings

What are the tell tell signs the dogbone mount is shot apart from dodgy gear changes?

Im thinking of fitting the mk4 golf tdi bushes as from what i understand they are slightly stiffer than the standard 1.8T ones.Has anyone got the part numbers for these and a idea of cost? :thumbsup:

Would it not be an idea to get a dogbone sticky due to the amount of people requiring imfo on settings/part numbers etc?

Dogbone bolts to subframe - 20Nm + a further 1/4 turn
Dogbone to gearbox - 40Nm + a further 1/4 turn

The central bolt that holds the bushes together only needs to be pinched up, otherwise you'll feel too much vibration in the car. Probably only something like 10-15Nm, but there are no figures listed that I can find.
