hi everyone just a quick question my friend is selling me some 18 inch wheels which he had on his mk5 golf just wanted to know if theres any difference as the wheels are wider on the s3 will they just fit on perfectly cheers

I think the Mk5 Golf has a different stud pattern, which is 5x112, as opposed to 5x100 PCD on the Mk4. These will probably not fit your car.

Agreed with Leshkin, they wont fit as they are a 5x112 and the A/S3 is 5x100.

All 8L A3/S3's are 5X100, and based on the Golf4 platform, so wheels from a Mk4 Golf and Auti TT etc will fit and interchange.

If they came off a mk4 Golf, then they should be a straight fit unless they are wider than normal or have wider tyres than 235's wide.
