want to finish the wheels in a different colour..

not chrome but something a bit more shiny....

can remember a could of posts back someone was talking about they had their wheels done in this color and that finish etc..

just need advise on first of all where does this in the north west or type of places so i can find somewhere and also anyone recommend any finishes that will look good?
