Hi guys,
Not sure this is anything serious, well hope its not. When i go over speed bumps there appears to be a squeaky noise from the front drivers side wheel, not a springy noise though. General driving there appears no difference and isn't sagging at all, or to springy.
Any ideas? Could it just be hitting the bumpstops or could it be anything more sinister? I just don't want to take it to audi for them to add extras to replace.
Any feed back would be much appreciated.

Thanks Steve.:blackrs4:

????? why would you be taking it to Audi anyway Steve???? Get yourself a specialist.

I use VAGtech....if I have anything that doesn't feel right I'm straight over there. Jon takes a look, if something needs doing, he does it, if I'm worrying over nothing he tells me, and off I go.

Okay next question...does anyone know a good specialist near Bexley (Kent)? I have had some work done at AMD in Essex? Is that my nearest one?

Thanks Steve.

as above, contact Dean at 4rings. Excellent service.

There is another one is Bexleyheath...cann't remember the name of the place.

Whereabouts are you in Bexley? I'm in Welling

Thanks Guys,
4 rings seems a good idea, popping to my local garage tom morn to get it up on ramps, not had any problems in the past with them. But its good to know about 4 rings, very handy if they are mobile.

Im in Joydens Wood Area if that rings any bells?:blackrs4:

Hi Guys just got back from local dealer, said its front drivers side wishbone so looking at £300plus for a fix. Will hunt down other quote to match prices. Thanks for the feedback...just more money :banghead:

Well the part from Audi was quoted at £161, but local garage are still hunting around for cheaper. All in all it should be around £300 fitted.

Its going to be the ARB Bushes mate, its a common fault/issue on all the S3s...get that checked...also as lucksta said...under a tenner....
