Dog Bone torquue settings?

Does anyone know the torque settings for standard Dog Bone mounting. I found the ones below on an earlier post but would like to know if these are accurate!

Audi Torque Ratings:

Pendulum support to gearbox = 40Nm + quarter turn

Pendulum support tp subframe = 20Nm + quarter turn.
