Apparently not from what i've heard as the piping is completely different on a Q, something about being parallel to the rear bumper or something.
There is a guy on here selling a miltek for a Q though i'm sure he'll see this post soon enough. And if you've got a 1.8t one and wanna get rid lemme know =)
