Gold Wheels.

Im looking at purchasing some alloys which are currently Gold. (as standard).

Has anybody got or got pictures of a black a3 with gold wheels, id like to see what it looks like before I decide weather to have them sprayed or fit them as they are.

jsut a thoguht as they are already gold...

They could look good, if so why spray them differnt?

Just trial and error i suppose.

My tastes would never let me have gold wheels on a car, however thats me.

Things would be boring if we're all the same chap. Might be worth fitting them as they are and taking it from there. If you like them then cool, if not get them sprayed.

For some reason or another gold wheels look good on Jap cars, doesn't do it for me on Jason's Black S3 up top, but it's a nice effort.

It could balance on the actual colour gold of the wheels, lets face it it aint gonna be like a ring or bracelet is it? If it borders bronze they could look awesome. Whack them on and take a picture. regardless, its your car at the end of the day.

There is a combo that would work very well. Black S3 with BBS LM. Gold center and polished lip...that is unbeatable! Even leaning towards bronze as one chap mentioned...Maybe even the OZ ultraleggera, but I doubt it.

But any other rim design would be off in gold...would look like a scooby!
