Why I Sold my S3

Sadly, I had to sell my S3 at the end of 2008 - This was the car bought by EssThree which he lavished untold quantities of the folding stuff to get it as Audi should have made it. DavidR then looked after for a while before I took ownership. Quite simply, it was the best car I have owned to date, but it had to go as I wanted to go racing this year. Andyhaase1 is the new owner and I hope he's enjoying it as much as I did. I wanted to say thanks to all who helped with my questions and also to say that the guys at Polished Bliss really can do magic

I have managed to stay in the family with 2001 A3 1.9TDi, but it's not the same.

Still, I had my first races of the season at Snetterton at the weekend, and despite missing the S3, I did the right thing.

as i don't know you, can i ask what class / car it is your racing in ???

Thats why i stopped racing the budget you need just gets larger and larger every year to compete with the front runners.

The budget class! I'm racing in Formula V - Managed to qualify 10th for the first 2 races and finish 5th and 4th - A good start!
